Have the same problem, if you have a Consum supermarket near you, they are the only ones I have been able to purchase mixed bag of green and red hot chillies (green giant brand in the cold veg section) - otherwise some of the garden centres will sell the plants which at this time of year have fruits on them, this can be cheaper way of getting them - hope this helps

Hi thanks for your reply. I’ll check consume as we have been in there but chillies not needed then! I’ve also thought about getting a plant too. Thanks again

We really struggled finding fresh chillies in the end we grew our own from seeds it took about 8 weeks from planting to the first edible chillies we cut them up and froze them in ice cube trays we now have a massive bag ready to use. Chillie seed packets are available at carrefour eroski etc.

Thanks for your reply. Someone said Consume do fresh chillies. Do you grow them in or outside?

A friend of mine has quite a few Scotch bonnet peppers which he's happy to sell.

PM me for email.
