Where can I buy a chair with wheels for beach

Hi Those out there that beach
I often see people using chairs with wheels down the beach. However, I did buy one where the seat was most hard and uncomfortable, (large blue and white wheels) but there are some that have black wheels that strangely enough look like a large black liquorice allsort (this is the only way I can describe it!) They must be selling them out here unless, of course, they are from other countries, i.e. Holland or France. Any help would be appreciated.
