Another set of I'm alright Jack sod the dog Brits. Leave it behind, forget you ever owned the poor thing and let someone with a heart sort it out your message. Shame on them.

Hope you have luck getting it cared for.

RayD, I am fully legal and have been for the 20 years I've been here. I drive a Spanish car. Just to clarify for you.

Anyone who takes on any pet is responsible for its wellbeing. It is immoral to home a pet and just discard it because you have other problems. According to the poster the owners have left Spain. They have left their mess for someone else to sort out.. This happens far too often. Has done for years.

The Brits in question, if they had a shred of compassion or common decency would have made proper provision for their pet, even if it meant euthanising the poor puppy.

We Brits are supposed to be a nation of animal lovers. There is no excuse for this kind of cruelty.

By the way, yes I am a dog owner (got him off the streets abandoned with his pack of 5 by a Brit) had him 10 years. One of the best things I've done. The others that were with him were successfully rehomed, it cost me but was worth it..

I am not a do-gooder.

Why have you all jumped onto this thread to voice your opinions, your moans, pointing of fingers etc etc etc...???

Ikke1976 has simply posted a message to help rehome an abandoned puppy, so let’s stick to the topic and try to help him out - that’s what this forum is for after all? Everybody has their own opinions but what’s the point in airing them on this thread, as it’s taking the focus away from Ikke1976 initial post??

RayD,

They left their dog behind that's evidence enough for me, whatever their circumstances they buggered off and their dog is now homeless, if that's not selfish and irresponsible then I despair. Don't know how you can try and defend them

Kate Bob,

Why do we make you sick? These owners were Brits. I don't really care about nationality I just find this behaviour morally reprehensible.

You all make me disappointed. Harping on about selfish Brits and here you are moaning on and on grabbing all the forum topic away from the poor puppy that needs rehoming.

Who is going to see the thread for the puppy when all they see is you selfish lot hogging the limelight!

People in glass houses should not throw stones. So unless any of you have knowledge of a loving home for this puppy get off and let the person get this puppy rehomed and allow them THEIR voice as I am sick of the self centred voices here.
