We have booked a flight from Alicante to Barcelona then on to Dubrovnik in May if the lockdown is over. As we are in our eighties will we be allowed to fly. We are both fit and healthy

Hi Dennis,

I don't see how an airline could refuse you boarding on the basis of your age, that would be discriminatory, as well as a denial of your human rights.

On a personal note, you may want to consider, nearer the time, what the scientific community has determined about re-infection rates.  If the lockdown rules start to be relaxed, I wouldn't take that as a guarantee that it's safe to travel.

Kind regards,

Kim

There’ll be nobody flying then Dennis. Your talking about next month with the virus rates still rising now and no end in sight. Even Michael O’Leary said Ryanair will be parked for April & May and they’ll reassess the situation in June. Stay safe
