Recently moved to La Marina Urb and looking to find the local rules and regulations for the area, ie: house reform, street parking and any other usefull information, Who is the community person for advice, is there an instruction manual?

First port of Call would be the President of your Community, He/She will give a Copy of rules and regulations of Community and should be able to advise you on Property renovation,

Ask neighbours or go to Community swimming pool and locate Notice board should be contacted details on Notice board , or contact your Solicitors they should have details
