hi I'm looking to buy a caravan to retire to seen one on a site on internet caravan park in san fulgencio nr la marina anyone know what the campsite is called thankyou

JulRoy62000, there is a caravan (mobile casa) for sale just outside San Fulgencio on CV 859, as you drive down towards N332. The site is called San Fulgencio Rural Park. It is a small site only 8 units including the Spanish owner. It is fully legal and we have been living here since 2010. It is one of our neighbours who is selling due to a bereavement. Contact us through the forum if you require anymore details. All the other 7 units are occupied by British Ex Pats

JulRoy62000, caravan is actually on Preloved £14000 which includes a 2005 Smart for4.

The ground rent is 200 Euros / mth. You then have your electricity & water which are both metered & you get a bill every 2 months.

The owner is asking £14000(including the car) which is negotiable, either with or without the car

There are only 3 photos on the advert but I can send you some more. It is a Spanish caravan made by Alucasa. and it has a proper pitched roof, 2 outside patio areas, car port and outside sheds for washing m/c, tools etc.
