San Luis agamed, how do you turn the water off into the property

Hi found our input valves by the water meter do not fully turn off as they are over 20years old.

Agamed state it is not their responsibility at the meter point.

Their responsibility goes to the registration key on the sidewalk.

Anyone any idea where this point is or how can you turn the water fully off into the premises.

Any help or plumber be appreciated

Just beside where the meter/counter of water is there is a tap that you can close. Ask to the president of comunity but usually it is easy to access from the streep because the company needs to read it to charge you.

The taps either side of the meter are the problem.

Do you think this could be the registration key?

Excuse me, I misunderstanding (my English is not so good).

From the meter to the street own by the water company, you can not change it and i dont think they will change since they dont need to change it but you can contact them (maybe I am wrong).

Problably inside your house there is another tap but I guess you didnt find or it doesnt exist. So you can change the another tap beside the counter. I just would say that is strange that both dont close perfectly, did you use them frecuently when you go?

I know a plumber that would change the tap if you want, give me your phone/whatsapp number and he will contact you.

In relation to your query, regarding the conditions of the installation of the water supply, of which you are the owner, from the registration key located on the sidewalk to your home and all its internal installation, are not the responsibility of this Municipal Service , being the responsibility of the subscriber the conservation and maintenance of its internal network. This includes the keys to your meter.
