I'm sure you will have tried it, but I suspect your best bet is asking your neighbours etc to see if they have any.
I say that because I know that in the storage room of our property when I bought it (and they are still there now) are a number of spare tiles relating to the specific design/pattern of that used on the outdoor patio that was likely the initial set of tiles when the property was initially built in the late 1990s.
I've not had course to use them but have simply left them sat there - most of the nearby properties have altered the tiling since but they clean up nice enough and they don't look old or tired so why bother.
If you end up failing to obtain any, the likely cheapest solution would be to make a feature out of the specific area you want to replace with a differnt tile design albeit getting something that remains in keeping with the wider room/tiles is always a challenge!

Have you tried Mater San, San Miguel? They stock A LOT of old tiles, take the pic and dimensions with you. Or a spare tile if you have one.
