Hi folks, I asked this before but didn't get a definitive answer. Has anyone bought from TEMU and is it all OK. Do you get charged extra etc on top of the cost of the goods. How do they deliver into a gated community etc do the delivery men ring you first etc?? Many thanks
I have been using TEMU for a good while and expecting my 5th order delivered in the next few days. You pay the advertised price for the goods and its always free postage.
They use a variety of delivery services including Correos. You can track the delivery up until it says its being delivered "today" and the delivery company will often text or ring to see if you are in.
I can't comment on gated community delivery.

Excellent service from both SHEIN & Temu. I have used both numerous times. Temu are much faster than SHEIN. I’ve already been advised that my order from Friday will be delivered on Wednesday. SHEIN tend to take 2 weeks for deliveries. With both companies orders are tracked every step of the way, I don’t have any experience of a gated community, but presumably however you get your other deliveries will ring true. They tend to use CTT, Correos or UPS. & you’ll get numerous text, emails and app notifications as to your order status. If you’re concerned you can use one of their designated click and collect drops offs.
If you are buying clothes, then you can put everything into UK sizes and so far only 1% of items haven’t fitted!

If your postal/correos address is to your house, then go for it. Low quality/cheap chinese crap/with asian sizes, (really small). If your expectations are low and you can deal with it, and afford to lose it, go for it.

I got a call from him and he arrived within 5mins- outside our community gates, no extra charges and quality was far better than I expected for the small cost-------I'm now awaiting my 2nd order with the same efficiency.

I can't understand what you are on about....
You are the only poster to have such an opinion. I've had several t-shirts which have fitted me perfectly,
perhaps I ordered the correct size?
All items from Temu are of Chinese warehouse quality (but often cheaper) so you can't expect anything more.
I received a poster that was creased, I emailed Temu and sent a photo of the creases, they reimbursed me the same day and told me to keep the poster.
Good and fast service me thinks.......

If ordering clothes, you set your default to UK sizes ( or any other country of your choice) so clothing sizes are accurate. Plus every clothing item, shows every measurement you require before you order and If something isn’t a correct fit you’ll see it in the review section
As for quality, to be honest I’ve actually been amazed at how good the quality is compared to the price you pay. I’ve got 10 tops and 10 dresses that have cost me less than 100€ in total. They look good, they wash well and I’ve now also got a huge stock of free large ziplock bags
I’ve even ordered underwear which was better quality than M&S. - fraction of the cost, no postage nor import taxes to worry about and delivery is faster from China than from the UK. My last order placed Friday afternoon, arrives tomorrow between 12.30 - 16.30.
