Thanks, Ray!
There are plenty of good paints, and also lots of poor ones. The poor ones are so thin they're like water and need several coats. Taking time required and amount of paint used with the cheap ones, they're not worth buying.
My favourite for walls and ceilings is Adoral Monocapa. One coat covers, tub has a roller 'tray' built in, suitable for exterior and interior, because it's not a thin paint, there isn't the problem with drips that you get with thin paint, lasts for years.
Brochacolor are my favourite shop, and they stock everything I need. Shops at Formentera and Torrevieja.
Rocamora are another good shop, with a lot of outlets.
For painting metalwork like rejas, I prefer Oxirite - similar to Hammerite but the solvent doesn't evaporate as fast as Hammerite. If the rejas are in good condition, then a quality gloss paint like Titan would also be OK.

Hi, thank you
So 2 shops to go to one in formentera and one in Torrevieja.
I Appreciate your advise on paint, I’m in construction mainly refurbishing posh hotels and know the value of a decent paint.
We can’t come over until Xmas and I’m just getting all my ducks in a row..
Solicitor is getting the services on, but can you steer me in the direction of a good reliable internet provider.
Thanks in advance
Terry

Hi Terry. Sorry but can't help re internet. We've got a landline phone and have stayed with Movistar ever since we moved here - current contract is landline, internet and two mobiles. Movistar have proved to be very reliable, and I'd rather pay a bit more for that reliability.
Friends also with landlines have tried cheaper providers like Europa and Orange but have had lots of problems. Some people without landlines have to use wireless connections, and some of these are good when they're working, but again seem to be very prone to problems.

Hi,
Will only require broadband, can’t afford to retire just yet so no need for a landline.
Thanks again

Hi Terry,
I live in Formentera del Segura, so I've also used Brochacolor and would recommend them.
Another supplier I would recommend and who is closer to where you live, at San Miguel de Salinas, is Quesada Colors in Ciudad Quesada:
