BT (but previously Telefonica) currently provides my phone line and an ADSL router to connect with my UK internet provider. I am in Spain for less than 6 months a year.

Currently I am paying 64 euros a month in total for this service, although the number of my actual telephone calls is minimal - I tend to communicate solely via email. Is 64 euros still a competitive monthly charge? It seems rather high to me.

I have called 966723766 to have my BT landline disconnected as i have Sold, and have sent 6 e.mails to [email protected] still with no reply and phone still working. Is there any other ways to get this resolved, Thanks, Ronnie

I am beginning to wonder if BT Espana is now a scam operation. Both the email address and phone number you quote for the San Miguel area are correct - at least so far as the past documentation I have shows.  I have had no paperwork from the company since November 2014 when phone numbers and addresses for Madrid, Valencia etc were quoted. If you wish, I can provide these to you.

In the meantime, if you are paying by direct debit, as I am, you could tell your bank simply to stop all future payments. Loss of money usually brings any company to life!
