We live in an apartment block - on the top of the building is a communal terrace area surrounded by apartment owners private terraces. We have been told by some of the private terrace owners that the communal area is out of bounds during the current corona virus situation. There is sufficient communal area so that isolation is possible. Please could you let me know what the regulations concerning communal areas are.

I have someone across the road from me. Every day he blasts his hifi and then does laps around the communal pool.
He shouldn’t be using that for his own keep fit. He actually came across the pool maintenance guy yesterday who had to try and avoid him.
So he has no thought , not only about the virus but has no qualms about how much his blaring hifi may be affecting his neighbour opposite who can’t hear her own music.
I’m so tempted to dob him in lol
Go for it Cfell63. Some people have no respect either for the law or other people. So selfish. He deserves all he gets!!😡
