You would be better off with a sale agreed in UK, drive it down and get it transported back. RHDs have little value here.

You could get in touch with a few local companies such as autosdirect.es who are based near San miguel and any others you can find on google maps, and see if they would take it as part exchange. It may also be possible to sell it to a expat who may be returning to the uk. As cheryl says though, i'd get rid of it over there and just buy something Spanish once your settled. Be warned that the 2nd hand car market is very different here so expect to pay thousands more for the same car. However, the plus side is that the re-sale value is also higher so swings and roundabouts.

When we purchased our Ford Fiesta from Autos Direct 3 services were included in the deal.
They are very professional, there is a waiting area with TV and few magazines, when we were there few months ago no facilities for drinks, not sure if the garage near there stocks bottles of water etc, and it's quite a walk back into San Miguel its self so suggest you take something to drink, took about an hour for service.
