A simple Google Translation came up with the phrase below, I would presume rather than risking using some of the Cowboy builders around the Costa you would be better to get a recommendation from the place you get it, Leroy Merlin comes to mind.
tablero de respaldo de azulejo impermeable para baño

Thanks but i've gone done the google translate route already. I don't think it translates it properly or it is called something else in reality. Also, the merlin site does not let you put that many words in the search and if you do shorten it, it does come up with some boards but the descriptions are brief and basic and unless your an expert, you don't know what to go for. Then there's the 55 euro delivery charge!
If i knew a 100% what the boards were called, i could search online for some company that can supply with delivery. Finding someone available who is also proficient in the installation of these is another matter. I've been searching for weeks.

In the UK, you'd be looking for plasterboard with an aluminium foil backing. Plasterboard in Spain is 'Placa cartón yeso'.
Leroy do one that is moisture resistant:

However, over the years I've never bothered with a waterproof backing. When I've tiled out a shower, I've just made sure I've got a flat surface, even if that meant fitting ordinary plasterboard glued on with blobs of tile adhesive. Fit the tiles, and as long as you do a good job of the grouting, then water penetration isn't going to be a problem. If you want belt and braces, once the grout has dried, just apply liquid silicone sealer.

Yes the thing is i wish to insulate the room as well as pack out and level the walls. I have been advised not to use normal plasterboard and logically it makes sense. In theory normal grout should be sufficient to block damp but in reality its no good for a bathroom with high levels of moisture. If it was, i would not be replacing it now. I would be tempted buy the board you have linked to but i need more info as very little is given on their site. Can it hold a lot of weight, will it buckle under that weight or under moisture etc etc. I have thought about just ordering the stuff off ebay as at least the sellers give you all the details on which to make a decission.

In UK, where amongst other things, I was heavily involved in the very expensive end of the bathroom design industry, we used a German product, WEDI board. This is a purpose made lightweight board in varying thicknesses and sizes, permitting one to construct completely waterproof structures, wet rooms etc. It is not available here. Any form of. Standard plaster boards only need the tiniest penetration of water and the result may be serious problems. You’d be better installing some form of mechanical extraction f moist air to prevent condensation and thus damp and cold. Also heating.
