I have googled them, is this it ?

They appear to be based in an area of Villamartin called Las Filipinas, I know of the area but not in great detail. The area will have bars and restaurants within walking distance but it is a couple of miles to the coastline. Transport links are poor and a car would be recommended for getting around, of course if you only wanted to relax and chill out you could probably manage without the car.

They are advertising just 2 apartments which look very modern, both have tourist licence numbers which is important, it means they are fully legal to rent out.

Did you receive a confirmation email for your booking ? They also state that deposits are fully refundable.

The website that I have seen is a private website and therefore would not usually collect reviews in the same way as Booking.com or TripAdvisor.

If it is the apartments that Ken has highlighted, I recognise the building and the map has confirmed it. They are on the road between El Galan and Mercadona. 

As Ken says, they are within walking distance to quite a few bars and restaurants (about 150 metres) in both directions. You’re a couple of miles from the beach but there is a bus which runs hourly on weekdays for the beach and shopping at La Zenia. Mercadona is a large supermarket which is also in walking distance  

To add to what Ken says about the tourist licence, paying by PayPal or credit card also offers protection.

If your link is correct,the apartments are just at the bottom of our road,in between the royal oak pub and the roundabout at el Galan.They are beautiful apartments,with the whole building shaped as a boat.

The key holder got in touch a couple of months ago and asked when we are arriving .give him all the info and asked a few questions but got no reply.so am a bit worried about it .
