Hello I’m buying a ground floor two bed apartment in this complex. I’m buying on line and would love to know a bit more about this complex and surrounding area. Thanks in advance. Nina

Hi Nina

I live a few minutes away from the Mirador complex and know a few people who are on it. It’s a lovely complex -quiet and 4 bars within 5 minute walking distance. There is a small shop next to bowling alley also. I would recommend getting a car-to walk to the plaza would take about 20 mins and it can be a trek back up. We don’t drive but are a lot closer to the bus stop. Supermarket is also a drive away or at least a 30 minute walk.

Let me know if you need any more info-good luck-you will love it!

Deirdre

It is a well kept complex and that doesn't just happen. It costs money to keep it that way. Quite some time ago I had a friend living there and the community fees were very expensive. I would check what these are before you go ahead!

Hi! I have an apartment on Mirador and just love it! Very nice an well kept! I pay 39 Eu/month; includes 4 gardens/pools and big green areas. Rob & Mark Convenience store is 5 min away, bus 10 min and 15 min to Plaza. I don’t have a car, but a bike and also use the bus-service (every 90 min) to La Zenia or Cabo Roig. Please PM me if you want further information or just want to meet up sometimes!

/ Regards Lisa
