Hi

We have a holiday home near San Miguel on an urbanisation with low occupancy. All occupied properties have monitored alarms etc but this doesn't stop problems that occur from time to time.

When a property is broken into there isn't really anything worth taking but the impact is dramatic and spoils the holiday home experience.

We have been wondering about having 24 hours security guarding funded by two or three urbanisations, does anyone have experience with this, comments also welcome. - thanks

Hi ya. I´d be pleased to come over & take a look around your urbanisations, see the best strategy available for you & your neighbours. Possibility of camera in certain areas would relieve the need to 24hr patrol. Let´s talk further in email. Good luck.

Which urb are you on?

It does seem to be that this is getting to be a problem again. I have heard of a number of burglaries lately.
