Water Bills Blue Hills

Hi, hope this is allowed ( new to this Forum). Water bills in Blue Hills. I myself/ my partner/ a family member and a friend (total 4 separate apartments ) all located in Blue Hills and one in Blue lagoon just had our ( every 2 months water bill ), Sorry if this has been asked before but.. 1) are the water meters read or 2 ) are the bills estimated? Why ? Bill for April AND the bill just come in are exactly the same amount and I do know this has happened before a few times in the past. I find it very hard to believe that on a regular basis the amounts are identical? Anyway.. T.I.A.

To be on the safe side, simply look at your last bill and the meter. In case of any doubt contact the service provider and offer to give him the meter readings.

You may be on a plan where your direct debits are set at the same amount across the year, and then once this period is finished the utility company will review the actual usage and recalculate for next year? That’s what our provider does back in the UK
