Hi!

We are coming over in a week and half looking at properties in the Torremendo area and would like some information about the general area.- what is it like for expat population, how easy to get to larger supermarkets and also about any expat clubs / pubs in the area.

We are familiar with Los Montesinos, Algorfa, Torevieja but this area is new to us, but due to increased house prices we think we get more for our money here, while not to isolated.

We are very interested in the Washingtonian style terraces, hopefully its set in a good neighbourhood.

Very thankful for any reply :)

From memory, Torremendo has strictly limited facilities. A few bars, a small mini-market, a couple of businesses.

The nearest options are 10km away.

Thanks for the replies, really appreciate it.

We are aware that's Torremendo only a small village, but glad that there are facilities on out doorstep and there are some expats in the area.

We are both driving, so wont be cut off, but great that we don't have to jump into the car all the time when you need a bottle of water or fancy a gin & tonic lol

I was also looking at Campoverde for properties, really like the area but unfortunately couldn't really see the type of property we like in our price range. :(
