Starting a dog kennels.

Hi Everyone,
I'm interested in starting a dog boarding kennels near the area of Santa Pola and i would like your thoughts about renting a rural property and having the dog kennels at the property. Does anyone think that a landlord would except my plans? I know that i would have to go down the town hall route to get permission for a kennels but any suggestions would be gratefully received.
