We are looking forward to our next visit from Boxing Day to 2nd January.

Are there any celebrations on New Years Eve in Santa Pola or Alicante?

Any restaurants recommended in Santa Pola for New Years Eve? The marina?

If you have Facebook , add the ayuntamiento santa Pola page and also the tourist board page . Attached is the months schedule

Can anyone please tell us whether buses are running on New Years Day from Santa Pola to Gran Alacant? If not taxis?

Hello

Buses do run on Bank Holidays but to a reduced schedule ( separate timetable for weekends & bank holidays.) Taxis also work but due to a shortage of buses, might be quite busy depending on time of day.

I suggest you google Santa Pola Taxis ....... you will see 3 listed-- take a note of all numbers & call in advance and ask about availibility on NYE & next day.
