It depend what you want ..The most houses are in an urbanisation like ours..We live 500 meters from bars ,restaurants etc..Avenida Maribel ..Before it was Avenida Portugal.. houses around 100.000 euro.Mostely Spanish people here...regards

Closer to castle you can hear castle's bell every quarter of hour, even in night time. East Santa Pola is more expensive than west site. Do not buy any property in calle Felipe II and around that area. This is gypsies conner.

Rita, sometimes we walk in this area to take the children from the schoolbus..We live more on the east..Is there a problem in this Felipe II quarter .Should we worry to pass?I've noticed that the houses aren't that great to invest :-) .. Thanks for advice..Regards..
