Hi coming to santa pola in May and I need to hire a mobility scooter and a shower chair for 9 days. I have messaged a company called amigo 24 but they have not responded. Does anyone know if anywhere else to hire these from. Thanks Gary

There is a Red Cross ( Cruz roja )C/ Espoz y Mina, 33, 03130 Santa Pola, Alicanteplace in one of the streets off the ferry port area ….also the new farmacia at the glorieta by the castle. It’s just around the side of caíxa bank , near cafeteria Chapi …stand at the castle door and look across and to the right …they sell all sorts of equipment and I think you can rent some bits. It may be the equipment supply part of the main farmacia next to Orange mobile. Also ,may have moved , but there was one in the alleyway where the main church is. Next to a vet surgery.

Hi,
We have hired a hoist & wheelchair from a company in Alicante. They delivered and picked up to our address in Santa Pola. The equipment and service were really good. I will see if I can find there details but maybe worth googling Alicante area as most will do delivery & pick ups.
