Are there any safe enclosures in SP where I can let my dog off lead and run about, whilst In an enclosed safe environment?
My dog loves to run but is not to be trusted off lead on a beach or park. She’s missing our large garden back home whilst we are staying in SP

This is where you can take your dog, it is not enclosed but these are the dog friendly beaches for this area,this keeps the dogs away from the public beaches where they are banned.
I dont know of anywhere that is enclosed but if someone does, maybe they will reply

In Santa Pola , no, not that I’ve become aware of. There is the beach area just north of town or the dirt tracks at the back of town but nothing actually enclosed that I’ve found .

Apparently, there's a dog park at Calle Tarragona, 16, in Santa Pola. It's not one that I've used, but from Google street view, it appears to be enclosed.

I use the dog park in Guardamar. It's located at Avenida de Cervantes 124, two enclosed areas with some seating, shade and water.
Have you tried the one at Santa Pola?
