We had new debit cards posted to us and phoned a number to authorise them but have the same pin as before.  Old BMN ones wont work.  The web site login changed and so has my account number (IBAN and BIC/SWIFT) so all standing orders in and out have to be changed.  Direct Debits appear to be moved over automatically so far but we will have to see on that one as time goes on - trying to check the water and wifi payments still as only two not tackled so far.  Electricity, Suma, tax, and various others all now sorted.

Bankia haven't been overly helpful!  The change-over was originally notified to us via the web site only and we were emailed forms to complete and return to the bank.  All letters and notifications are in Spanish only, which is obviously fine as they are a Spanish bank, but there is then a risk of misunderstanding some of the notifications. You can opt to look at the web site in English, which I have done a couple of times to get my head around the new web site, but the pop-up notifications were still in Spanish.  Also if you have your computer settings to block pop-ups you may not see all the notifications.  I've returned the forms they emailed to us but no idea if they were completed correctly as no acknowledgement of receipt despite asking for one.
