Pin number for causa bank card

Hi I have recently opened an account with caixa bank, I have my bank card and have access via internet, what I need help with is obtaining the pin for the card so u can use it while in Spain, ie: atm shopping restaurants etc. How do I get this?

I am with Sabadell and when going Online I have to sign in with my NIE number ( it used to be my Passport number before having a Resident's Account ) and a four digit number, this number is also my PIN. Your Bank might be the same but best to phone and check, hopefully like Sabadell your Bank will have English speaking staff.

Hello Anne, I have an account with Caixa and they generated one for me immediately, just make sure you take in lots of ID. It was my own branch I used, just in case they can´t do it at another branch.
