I got a taxi yesterday morning it was €23.50 so €25 , never paid €45 !!

Yes, I've paid between €23 and €28 several times both to and from the airport, even after midnight on Sunday. And always ask the driver for their own business card; you can then call them next time from Alicante baggage reclaim which will mean a bit less time queueing.
