Thanks I don't live in Spain have a holiday apartment can speak a little Spanish but not enough forr itv my son can speak Spanish and always takes car to itv but due to virius can not be in spain

No. But what most people do is give the car to your mechanic to do the pre ITV check and then take it for the ITV test.
