Musician's and friendship

Hi Rob welcome to Spain we meet up every Friday in Cocentaina and we also have Skype calls for rehearsal at present we are two guitar players and a drummer we are awaiting the return of the bass player who is in the UK at present what music do you play and can you sing John 

Hello, John nice to hear from you . I play most music from all eras.  I like the dance stuff plus  oldies like eagles, beatles , pink floyd,  I'm not the greatest piano player as such but no problem with keyboards. But do enjoy playing my piano . 

I have a drummer friend in Santa Pola and it's my dream to have other players to jam with and meet up with. 

I write my own music and enjoy singing but I'm not a main singer type lol . I like to write arrangements on my workstation and play multi layered stuff.  

Not to sure how far away you all are but it would be fun to come over with my friend and meet you for a drink

great we can set up something after the Christmas  period, we play mainly old stuff blues, a bit of rock n roll, a little glam so yes will  sort something out are you on skype? i will send you my email via PM

Hi rob. I now see this is a very old post, but will take my chances and see if you are still here. How are you? Im not the best musician, but im a fountain of knowledge if there is a pop quiz lol. Im learning how to play the spoons...youd think banking two spoons together would be easy, but it is not believe me. Maybe you will see this message,but i am going batpoop crazy living alone, so any conversation welcome, and if there is some group in or near santa pola id be so grateful to meet some people near me. My name is jo, in my early 40s but still a bit of a punk at heart lol. Like playing chess also if you know anywhere in santapola to meet chess players.

Nice one. Thanks man not called rob lol. I dont know if santa pola has a music scene, but it would just be nice to meet like minded people. My mum is bringing my guitar on next visit but have not played in years. Im trying to learn how to play a ukelele as well as banging my spoons. If i can master the spoon playing it great percussion to have a jam with. Thanks for reply
