Hi there we are looking at renting a property in Santa Pola before commiting to buying anywhere.

Anyone living there that could give their opinion on the area please.

Many thanks

Anita

Hi, we moved here 3 months ago & are renting a house next to Tamarit beach. We have loved the past 3 months- we have a much more outdoor lifestyle, we walk on the beach every day &. can walk into the centre of town within 20 minutes . We have also had an abundance of visitors from the uk lol 👍🏻

Hi Wendy,

You are living the dream as they say.  It’s that blue sky that does it for me.  Now the visitors are another story.  Less will do!! 😃

Best wishes

Maria

Hi we are thinking of buying in Santa Pola and have looked at terraced houses in the Tamarit Beach area. Properties seem good value, plenty less than 150k, though usually need upgrading inside. Would really welcome any views on it as a year round living place as it seems quite far from the centre and supermarkets (we are not really car people).

Also any views on the quality of the housing stock there e.g. sound proofing and heat retention, roofs etc if you have encountered any issues.

Best Regards

Ian and Karen

Hi me and my partner are moving over in November 2020 we have lived in benidorm in the past. We need to work just a few hours per week around(10),is it easy enough to get a job cleaning either apartment or bar's as we both did this in benidorm. Thanks sue and pete

Hi Sara and Ken

Further to our past message we are finally moving over 26th Jan. So would be good to meet up sometime after that for a coffee etc.

Regards

Anita and Pete
