On my previous trips to Santa Pola I have noticed a Pilates class happening on a Friday morning on the beach / in the sea. (opposite the Town Hall) Does anybody please have any info on this. ie. time, price, do you just roll up or pre-book. Coming out for couple of weeks and thought I might give it a go.

These classes are run by a husband and wife on different days. He does his to music which makes exercising easier. They run year round and are free for all. Just show up, no need to give your name or register and join in. To look at it, it doesn't look too strenuous, and it's not, but at the end of the class you sure feel like you have had a work out. Some go for a swim afterwards. Enjoy!
PS They run every weekday.

It depends on time of year, on the weather. These days it starts at 9:00.
