Maton Rasteros for Cucarachas y Hormigas in orange tin. You'll find it in shop next to where they sell the lotery in Perfumeria Yainde. 6 Carrer Poeta Miguel Hernandez.

This product is designed to keep them away. One or two sprays around the perimeter of each room, skirting board usually does the job.

We had one the other night . Think it came through the electric junction box on the bedroom wall that has a broken cover. You can get barrier type sprays which do help but otherwise it’s a question of a knock down spray, windows closed especially after dusk unless you have fly screens and never leave anything “ used” in the kitchen overnight . Wash up that last glass or cup.   Pour boiling water with bleach down drains regularly.  Spray under your fridge , washer, dishwasher and microwave- they love heat producing appliances. And keep a flip flop handy ;)

You will always get one or 6 each year. If you get more than that , get a pest guy in to do a professional spray.  I think we had 4 in 2020 and 1 so far this year.

Never crush a cockroach! I work in pest control and if it’s a female carrying an egg pouch, (ootheca) you’ll make the problem worse.

I do too, but couldn't find it in Mercadona. Available in 1ltr cans in Consum though. Highly effective for ants... and haven't seen a roach since I started using it back in Feb

Maybe she got it wrong about Mercadona. Good to hear that it works for you.

well its not a problem here as we use a sonic bug scarer called neatmaster, we have not seen one since employing this device, before this we used vinegar and lemon liquid solution which seemed to offend the little b******s,
