Be very careful who you chose. We were recommended a neighbour and were told she was good. Ours in a terrace house and not very big, it takes us half an hour cleaning together. After lockdown we booked a clean by third party, we foolishly didn’t get a quote. She claimed 39 hours and expenses €420, she also stole handbags and clothing. All the wine and food in the kitchen and in one of the handbags got our house keys, we have had to change the locks.
Victoria estate agent charges 70 euros, that’s the going rate so again do be careful who you let in your house.

Thank you for your informations;
We will ask her identitu card and proof of her linving place, electricity bill;
If she would steal us she ould go to jail because i would take her to tribunal;
we dont lease precious things in our flat;
but everything cost a lot : towells, sheets, blankets, and so on;
some stupid girl ask for a very hight rate per hour or 20% of our earning;
just stupid and creasy ! thanks o lot again; Can you remcommend us a good maid please?
70€ is too much!
we never paid so much! it is not a reasonable price;

I’m afraid I can’t recommend anyone but Victoria Estate agents in GA seem honest and have their cleaning staff for years. They are on the right on the way to Quicksave, opposite the library. We don’t let our property and would not employ a maid again. We don’t speak Spanish so didn’t go to the police. The woman who stole from us is a liar and a fraudster, she has good references from two of our neighbours. It would have been our word against hers. Good luck!

70€ is too expensive ! we will ask for identity card an d documents before ginving kees;
This is a minimum!
