As newly here in Santa Pola - Alicante era..makes me wonder if there are any post stamps collecting clubs.
myself have worldwide stamps mostly USA, German, Swiss,Spanish, French, England etc. ..would be great to meet other people with this hobby.
any info is appreciated

have large collection of British Commonwealth and Central Africa but now concentrating on southern Africa from start up to 1999
have tried to get in touch with someone at Toreveja but no luck

thanks for your reply ..(did not get many ?!)
collecting poss tamps is new for me again ( while in covie downtime and retirement )
i used to be in the USA for 30 years (born Swiss ) but moved here about a year ago by such still getting settled .
by next months i should get my shipping container that is where most of my stamps are ?!
yes i am a little disappointed of unable to find people with the same hobby. last year I visit a museum in Calpe ( a rater disappointing visit ).
then later end of may I visit a stamp show in Switzerland (Lugano ) that made a big different .Same as in the usa Minneapolis i did connect with many people with the same hobby . there will be another show in 2024 near Biel .

Did hear Sunday mornings Antique dealers selling such items in Alicante. (near the plaza of the old government building ) have visit the stamps shop near the post-office there too. not much to learn as the owner is not very knowledgeable as she did inherit the business form her desist husband.
also my fault as my Spanish is of no help
So this is about for now ..if you are interested we can meet up and talk stamps.
Where shall we meet .. As said I am close to Elche . On weekend i often go to this "bar, Pub " in La marina . there is another one close by it is called Belfast.
if this sounds OK with you lets meet there.

Hope you are enjoying Spain we have been here since 2007, we live in Hondon de los Frailes up in the mountains 30 k from Elchie
we are both retired accountants having met when we both lived in South Africa re my interest in Southern Africa stamps and also for some time in West Africa
