Modelo 651 - donation declaration

Hi,
Does anyone know of a tax lawyer that could present a 651 model national tax declaration telematically (not Local Valencia) to Madrid, they must be official collaborators with the national tax office. It cannot be presented in the tax offices in Alicante or Elche and we are struggling to find someone to do it. We have 30 days and 10 have passed already. It's for a donation of usufructo of a house from a rather to his children. Both are non-residents. We need the form presented to then go to Registro with the deeds to change this.
