There might not be but if you go the rank/phone a few days earlier and a approach a driver, you could find one that is willing to take you on the day. They are often happy to work at unusual times or days.

If you know what time you need one , I would use the Taxi Santa Pola app which is in English and book online. They are usually pretty good. They will call you to confirm and will start off in Spanish ..so prepare a few phrases !
However, they are on WhatsApp as well so request they answer you on WhatsApp so you can translate easier.
