I live in Santa pola. I cannot seem to have any more than 3 appliances on at the same time or the fuse trips.  Is this normal? If not is there something that I can do tia

Hi, mine also trips and I found, by looking on my electricity bill, that I am only contracted for 3.2kw. This means that the maximum load I can draw is 3.2kw. A washing machine, the hot water and the kettle all on together, will trip if I put the toaster on.

Your bill will go up if you increase your contracted kw so it’s about compromises.

I have bought some emergency lights that come on automatically if the power goes out. One in the hall, near the consumer unit and one in the bathroom (got caught out while in the shower once).

Hi I live in santa pola too and this kept happening to me!! Very frustrating!!!! What you have to do is get in touch with iberdrola and have the put up your kilowatts ' we rent our apartment so we got in touch with our landlord and he sorted it out with the electric company you will pay more but our bills are normally between 50 and 70 euro p/m which is good considering we are all electric"  good luck😊

Michael.

Hi sorry for delay in replying I have been offline for a few days.  I do not have z smart meter and it is none of the fuses that trip off. The power fails then I have to put everything off and back on. I can't see a kw on the fuses and I have 2.5kw from ibedrola. Thanks

Sorry I'm not very technical. The fuses are ok the power just goes out then I flick all the fuses off and back on and it comes back on
