Thank you so much...any insight is very helpful...we do not intend on buying any further the 3km from village or town..and we have people in place to make sure that which ever property we purchase is fully legal and meets all regulations for residential use.

We are looking at comfortable semi rural property with mains supply..and only initially will we be without a car..

I am looking forward to our life change and hopefully will make acquaintance with people like your self. 🤗

Thanks again.

Pauline.

Hi Pauline. If you care to send me your email address (by private msg), I can send you details of a private sale country house & may be able to assist further with your previous queries later or Tomorrow morning Villas.

hello I have an appartment in sax that I visit about 4 or 5 times a year and I always use the bus service, in the week time they run quite well from 7am till 9.15pm every hour except for a break in the morning and same in the afternoon you can get a bus from Alicante bus station just go upstairs and you can ask for a timetable, its weekend that's a problem oa Saturdays and Sundays there is only one bus to sax in the morning and one in the evening same coming back to Alicante, cost about 8 euro for a ticket, to get a taxi will cost about 60 euro, hope this helps.
