Hello everybody. I have been living in Sax for a little over three months. During that period I had already 10 large centipedes in my house (all the rooms) and worry very much that either I or my dog will be bitten. Any advice on how to keep them out of the house? They seem to enter through the air conditioning system.

Thanks very much for your kind advice!

Karina

The larger ones can give a bite. Normally access via leña logs, wood piles etc. V

We had a few in Torremolinos, they got in under the doors. Basically keep the roaches out and you will keep them out too.Use an external net door in summer with brush type seals. Put some stainless steel pan cleaner shreds/wire in the end of the tube that takes the condensation from the A/C unit outside. Use the same stuff to seal the ends of sliding windows/doors. We had a mouse get in via the largish slot under the sliding doors.
