General guidance for buying in sax...

Hi there we are coming out to sax from Scotland tomorrow... looking for a property... are there any areas I should stay clear of? I only ask as I've bought before just to find out the area was a horror! There's just me and my daughter coming out so if anyone out there want to meet us for a coffee ant any point that would be great x thanks in advance Caris

Sax is fantastic. People are friendly and everything you need is close by. Rod (Villas) helped us to find our property and if you send him a private message he will be able to help you. We prefer the new town to the old town, but that's just a personal preference.
