Can anyone recommend a GP or Mental Health support group for adult men please?

I would have thought that your local Clinic or Hospital would have a register of Groups.

Thank you. I don’t live in Sax but my ageing parents do. My Dad is not doing too well and it seems my Mom is struggling with how to help him. It seems that there isn’t any support for family members in the local area regarding help with mental health?

Another option may be to contact Citizens Advice ( www.citizensadvice.org.es ), they might be able to direct you to services near your parents.

Have you had any advice or help yet? I have over 35 years mental health nursing experience in the UK. There's not a lot of support here from the healthcare system. I'll do a needs assessment for free, just glad to support others. Message me privately if you want to meet up.
