Can anyone recommend: A maintenance/building company?

We have bought a house between Sax and Salinas that we plan to use as a family holiday home and holiday let. We are just beginning to formulate a plan for initial renovation works and set up. This is looking quite problematic with work commitments and a 2 year old so we are keen to bring in help! Initial jobs to be tackled would be slabbing pool area, surroundings and walkways making it more usable and child friendly…painting the house inside and out, removing the fencing that surrounds it. Beyond that we'll need to link up with cleaning/maintenance/key holding services so any pointers on useful contacts would be greatly appreciated!
