Can anyone recommend: diesel fitter

We are looking for someone to repair our generator,as this is a heavy item we would prefer a home visit,many thanks for any help/information given.

What do you require done to your generator? What are the problems. I am returning back to the UK on the 15th of this month so if you require I could look at it before then. Please advise
thank you so much for your helpful reply, we did have someone look at the generator yesterday and after a lot of effort and time came to the conclusion that it is not worth the repair,so we have let it go to the generator in the sky, thanks anyway

What was the problem ? Was it the engine? Or the generator? Just out of curiosity as I rebuild engines
