We have just bought a villa in sax and has 200 olive trees so need a garden to prune them as we don't know anything about olive trees

Ask your neighbours and get several recommendations. Get several quotes. We have 45 trees and pay 200€ for the pruning. The price depends on the size and condition of the trees. Ours are still rather small. We chop up the clippings ourselves and use them as mulch in the garden.

Your best bet is to get a local farmer to take them all on and give you a bottle or two of oil in exchange. 200 trees is a huge amount of work.

As Flyingduck81 has mentioned above, that is the best way forward ( depending on where in Sax you are). V
