Since upgrade to Windows 10, I get bombarded with adverts on every website. Even ad blocker don't stop them.

Any one with same problem ? How can I stop these ads appearing ?

With Windows 10 (in many peoples estimation not an "upgrade" from anything in any legitimate sense of the word) adverts can come from the OS itself as well as online therefore before attempting to cure the pox it's important to correctly identify were it's coming from as the remedies will be very different and at best only partial.

It's not Windows to be blamed, use a browser with a working ad blocker. I discarded google for this issue and use preferrably Opera instead. The pros are no browsing records kept and a free VPN, the cons, notably slower. Firefox could be an in-between alternative. Take your time and configure your browser in the "privacy" section. Some pages will not properly work with activated ad blocker. Furthermore use a cleaning program to get rid of all the unnecessary junkfiles (Clean Mgr+ or WiseCleaner - both are free and do a good job).

I use Google Chrome for simplicity, downloaded Wise Ad Cleaner, but the ads keep coming.

Do I need to uninstall previous ad blocker for it to work ?
