We are looking for recommendations for suppliers and installers of aluminium gates for a driveway entrance as well as a frame for a sunshade for rooftop solarium in the Pilar de la Horadada area.

They don't use Aluminium gates in Spain due to the very hot weather. Common in France, but even there they expand so much in the summer that they jam shut. You need cold water to open them. This doesn't happen so much with steel.

That is not true, I know many people who have aluminium gate and it's not a problem. The problem is if they are made without enough tolerance for expansion, but this happens for any material.
