Does any one know what happens to your state pension and pension credit when you move from UK to Spain ?
Can Pension Service pay these directly (in Euro) into your Spanish bank account ?

The state pension can be paid directly into your Spanish bank but AFAIK pension credits are only payable to UK residents.
Don't rely on me or places like this for such information though, DWP are only definitive source for facts on the matter.

Thank you very much for this information.
One more thing. I received free health care including free dental care in UK. Will this continue in Spain ? Do I need my NHS card for that ?

I suggest that you have a look at Jim’s Guides on this site and also the Citizens Advice Bureau Spain site as you may find current answers to some of your queries. I believe that, as a pensioner, you have to obtain an S1 form from the DWP in the U.K. in order to then access the Spanish health system but it does not include dental care. Your U.K. State Pension can be paid direct into your Spanish bank account but you cannot receive Pension Credits.

If you have the State Pension paid direct to a Spanish bank account you get a better rate than the tourist rate but not as good as the inter-bank rate. Then have any other pensions paid into a UK bank account plus personally arrange for monies to be transferred from the UK account if or when you wish. You then have money in the UK for if/when you visit and do not have to bother with exchange rates.
Don't think you would get free dental care but if you have your residentcia and a pensioner, apply for your S1 from the DWP, and they will move your health details to Spain. You get free treatment and pay very little for perscriptions.
