Hi seanandmarger,

Blue bages issued in an E.U country are valid for all E.U countries.

The question of can you legally  park in front of the Villa next door to you would depend on whether that particular space has been designated for general use by all Blue Badge holders or whether it has been designated as a parking area specific for the use of the occupiers of the Villa next door to you.

You would have to read the sign on the gate to determine its conditions.

re previous post on disabled parking ? thank you les for your reply,s only you could be assed ! lol.

What happens to to notice on the gates when the property is sold to a none disabled person as this is the case with my neighbour,

it was annoying when the previous owner would park outside my villa and leave her space empty, sean

@Kim 👍😃.

Sean I would think in that case it would be the same as in the UK. The permit would become null and void.

I would caution against parking there until you have been successful in having the notice officially removed as the local Police may well still Ticket you if you park there with the notice still in place.

I wouldn't like the hassle of trying to get the ticket cancelled.

Hi

Could you not just speak with your neighbour?

A good neighbour is an asset....... a bad neighbour can just be allot of hassle.
