Home Help Wanted for my 80 year old dad in Torre de la Horadada

My dad lives in Torre de la Horadada and is struggling to look after himself. We are looking for someone to go in and prepare meals for him once or twice a day. He is also very lonely so someone to pop in occasionally for a cuppa and a chat would be lovely .
Unfortunately he doesn't speak Spanish , so English speaking would be perfect.
If you can't help but know a company or individual that can help , any pointers would be greatly appreciated .
