I used Sun Lawyers - www.sun-lawyers.com. They speak good English. They have branches in a few places I believe but I used the Cabo Roig branch.

Yes they were great. I think it only took 8 weeks to complete the purchase. I paid for them to have power of attorney so I didnt have to keep coming back and forth to Spain to sign papers.

I also used Sun Lawyers in Cabo Roig and I was very pleased with the service. With Power of Attorney they did everything. Applying for NIE numbers and setting up direct debits for utilities, community charge and SUMA.
Have since used them for our Spanish wills and non residency tax returns.
My only comment is that just like solicitors in the UK you have to chase them to find out progress etc.

My only comment is that just like solicitors in the UK you have to chase them to find out progress etc.
I agree with Sun Lawyers service but did not do my non resident tax return with them as it was much cheaper with Angar Taxation Services as recommended by other forum members, in particular Jim who used to have his own guides.

Sun Lawyers charge me 100 Euro but for that I have access to them all year for any advice or queries.
